I have read up to November. I thought for awhile that I would read a chapter with each month that I go through, but I became involved in the book. I also just realized that the chapters change as to who is telling the story (duhh!).
As I read I marked several pages that I wanted to share and talk about.

I have really enjoyed reading Elizabeth Gilbert's book. I totally agree with Tina that it is like sitting down and having coffee with a friend. It is back to work. So what better thing to do than stall out on work and post to our Alaska Mama's book club. Actually my excuse is valid, as I make it a point to stay off the computer during holidays. I spend enough time already in front of the screen.
So I took the time to finish the book Eat, Love , Pray.

I still have not been able to put the book down, with an exception. I am about half way through the book and it has caused me to think sooo much. But I have to be brave and honest (snicker) and admit that I picked up Twilight as an evening-let-down-my-hair book and let-my-brain-relax and I could not put it down. Talk about book-candy. There is not a whole bunch of substance to the book (really none) but it has capitalized my time for reading.
